The Drawing Foundation course video package is full of the building blocks that help you to learn to draw well.
It takes you through the basic steps you need to improve your observational skills, as well as develop and improve your technical skills. You will learn about Sensitive Line, Searching for the form, and how to draw Basic shapes. I call this the Basics of everything: – if you can draw the basic shapes well, you can learn to draw almost anything. Every video builds upon the next so that you can improve as you learn. Every task prepares you for the next task. The way the videos are lined up, is the way I would teach a new student in my In Studio classes. I cover many of the different aspects of learning to draw, there are so many different skills and techniques to learn, this takes it step by step. There is also an intuitive process involved, it’s a fascinating journey to go on. Glad to be teaching you.
